PP Pipe Fittings Standard pipe fittings are 90°C Elbow, 45°C Elbow, Tee, Reducing Tee, Concentric Reducer, Eccentric Reducer, Socket, Lateral, Cross. Coupling, Floor Drain, Flange for sizes from 15 mm up to 300 mm. Flange dimensions will conform to ANSI or KS standards. 5. Installation 1) Loading, off-loading and transport of PP pipes and fittings shall be carried out carefully so as to avoid any sudden impact on pipes and fittings. 2) Fabrication of PP Pipes and Fittings should be made by PP welding machine with PP welding rod. Before welding, the connection areas of pipes and fittings shall be cleaned with alcohol or dry and clean cloth. 3) All fittings are socket connection type and pipe should be fully inserted into the sockets of fittings before welding. PP welding should be carried out with welding rod slowly so as to integrate pipe and socket into one body by the fusion. 4) PP flanges along with Teflon gasket shall be used to connect with tank's nozzles or flanged type valve. Flange bolts shall be tightened carefully to avoid any damages like bending, cracking to PP flanges by over-torquing.
